I set up Felixstowe Computer Repairs back in 2016, specialising in hardware and software repairs for all types of laptop and desktop devices as well as both Windows and Mac systems. For the last three and a half years I have been trading as Felixstowe Computer Repairs through a local Ink Shop in Bridge Road, Felixstowe. Trading and offering my services through the shop, you may have already met or worked with me in helping to get your device fixed or upgraded. Now its 2020 and Covid has hit, I have decided to leave the premises on Bridge Road to continue to expand the ever growing business. To ensure I can provide current as well as future clientele a safe and more personal and tailored service in these strange and difficult times, I offer a Free Collection and Delivery Service in Felixstowe, Walton, Trimley St Martin, Trimley St Mary and Kirton. I am also now offering direct callouts to these areas as well as Ipswich, Kesgrave, Martlesham and Woodbridge, especially to people who are currently vulnerable or having to self isolate. All the services I am offering are in line with the strict Covid-19 precautions.
I have over 10 years professional experience as a computer technician and in the computer services field. After leaving high school I studied IT Communications and Technology passing all 3 levels of the different courses. Whilst pursuing the qualifications I also enrolled as an apprentice at a well established repair company franchise in Ipswich and soon became the leading IT repair technician for one of their stores in the local area. Since qualifying I have dealt with thousands of clientele and has personally logged over 4,500 repairs. I understand the importance that a laptop or desktop computer can be to the end user and the necessity of having the device back in the hands of the customer as soon as possible. Over the years I have continued to upgrade and improve facilities, testing tools and services to continue to ensure that my clients devices are tested as thoroughly and as efficiently as possible to make certain they are back in the customers hands as soon as possible. Because of this I am proud to say that I have a 5 Star Feedback rating throughout the companies I have worked for and traded through.
