PC was not working, wasn't sure what it was but seemed like a hardware issue, contacted Joe, my PC was collected on the arranged date and time which was on a Friday. By the following Monday morning i had been contacted, told of the problem, asked if i wanted to proceed with the repairs as it would cost. Very polite and helpful, very fair price - cannot fault the service.

Prompt diagnosis, quote & repair - all within 48 hours Reached out regarding a faulty hinge on my laptop preventing it closing or opening. Joe replied within minutes of my message and the fix was agreed and quoted the same day. The laptop was collected from me the next morning, and returned fixed the day after.
